I absolutely love hiking all around Arizona from October to May. Summer months are a little rough with the high temps. Maybe you live in Montana with mountain vistas visible in every direction. Maybe you live in southern California and get to stare out into the beautiful Pacific and walk on the beach. Not matter where we live God makes himself visible in the workmanship of his creation-especially in nature.
On my hike today it is just so easy to see how everything was created by intelligent design! We even had some clouds and a light rain today. Here are some pictures I thought you might enjoy, especially for those who haven’t visited Arizona before. The Saguaro cactus can live up to 150-200 years! They grow about 1 inch every 10 years. The plants and flowers were not made in a lab with mrna or genetic mutations. They were made by God. The Saguaro is also a home for birds and when the cactus dies native Americans would repurpose the wood remnants for roofing or water containers. God made the cactus to help shelter both birds and humans, how incredible is that?! Satan does not want you to know or remember that God created the earth and all that it contains! The devil wants you to believe your 9th grade science book issued by the government teaching the big bang theory & evolution. Not only does the misinformation in science books deceive the masses, it indirectly robs God of his awesomeness and glory.
Colossians 1:16
For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him.
Psalm 19-1-6
The heavens tell of the glory of God;And their expanse declares the work of His hands.2 Day to day pours forth speech,And night to night reveals knowledge.3 There is no speech, nor are there words;Their voice is not heard.4 Their [a]line has gone out into all the earth,And their words to the end of the world.
In them He has placed a tent for the sun,5 Which is like a groom coming out of his chamber; It rejoices like a strong person to run his course.6 Its rising is from [b]one end of the heavens,And its circuit to the [c]other end of them; And there is nothing hidden from its heat.
Nehemiah 9:6
“You are the Lord, you alone. You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them; and you preserve all of them; and the host of heaven worships you.
Pastor and Christian radio host, Don Stewart, drafted a great article on having the right perspective when it comes to nature. Feel free to read it HERE and learn more!
